When me and my "ex" separated instead of moving together and spending our lives together...that (obviously) changed every facet of my life and life plans...
It was a necessary change...for better or worse.

Deciding to go on a date with my friend's ex boyfriend. I knew it could be a tricky situation, which it was, but it has led to the most wonderful, fulfilling relationships I've ever had AND owning my own house. And to think we both said on that first date "I'm not looking for anything serious"........

There is a ripple effect caused even by the smallest of choices... thoughts. Astonishing how the Universe works!
I suspect it does not distinguish between little or big decisions.
In the long run they appear to be equally important in affecting change - reshaping life and altering directions. Oh, yeah!

Yes, I have had several events change the course of my life. Like Kristi, the most major one was having my son (also unplanned). It probably saved my life from the downward spiral that it was on.

I'm with Danielle - definitely the move to California. Two years before that, the decision NOT to go to law school. Two years before that, leaving the ex.
