He was in the UK and I was in the USA.

A year later we met in person and four months later we were married.

We'll be celebrating five years of marriage in October.

P.S.: meaning... we get to choose who, when, where, why.
Bonds can possibly be established across the galaxies - if need to be.
Love doesn't know about distance, space or time...

yes. but i don't necessarily think any lifelong commitments should be made without that meeting.

I think there are different levels of love...one can feel LOVE for someone they meet online...but I dont feel someone can truly be IN LOVE untill you meet and spend time physically near someone.

I think that you can create a solid emotional bond with someone online, but until you meet in person and spend some time interacting with someone in their world, you can't really call it love.

The skeptic in me says no, people lie too easily on the internet so although you can fall in love, you just might not really know the person you think you are falling in love with.

People can pretend to be anything they want to online. You have to meet and spend time with someone to know them and you can't fall in love without knowing someone... so no, I dont think so.

Absolutely! YOu get to know each other without having sex being an issue. It makes you get to know each other without going too fast.

No. I think that falls into the infatuation/fantasy realm. Love's a whole other ballgame.
