I try not to think about that a lot or I might start drawing lines in my life...but then I internalize things way too much for my own good. The few times I've finally "gotten there" I've either been physically ill, or am so upset I'm starting to shake!

When the thought of one more task, one more conversation, one more activity makes you want to crawl under your bed and hide for a week. I've been at that point off and on for a few weeks and it's not a healthy feeling.
