What do you do when you are totally bored?

    i get really restless and irritated that i have nothing to do. i tend to get grumpy if i don't find something to entertain me. options range from going outside and taking a walk, buying things i really can't afford, and watching t.v. or a movie.

    Read, do crafts, watch TV, take a nap. I haven't had time to be bored in some time, though. I would relish the opportunity just to sit and do nothing for awhile!

    The last time I was bored was 1986, I think...
    I usually figured that if I'm bored and had absolutely nothing to do, I might as well catch up on sleep, so I'd find the driest, most textbook-like book and read until I succumbed to slumber...

    Lately, its been watching Nip Tuck but I hardly ever get bored. I always keep myself busy with something.

    I rarely get bored, there's always stuff to do, sometimes I just don't want to do it. When I'm procrastinating, I tend to watch TV, go to the gym, waste time on the computer.

    I used to smoke, so now I eat. I also do lots of surfing, but with working full time, commuting 3 hours a day and going to school 3 nights a week, having 4 dogs, 2 kids, a husband and plenty of other things, I usually don't have time to be board.
