    if i remember correctly, the last time i sent flowers was a few mother's days ago - to my mom of course.

    technically, i recieved flowers from myself 2 days ago when i bought some daffodils to brighten up my apartment. but since that's not really what you're asking, it was for valentine's day from my boyfriend.

    my mom was just in the hospital and i sent her flowers...and the last time i received flowers was from my hubby on valentine's day...

    i always buy flowers for myself, tho...that is, when there isn't anything to cut out in the yard, which at this point there isn't...

    I sent my Grandma flowers for Christmas. I received a dozen red roses, hand delivered, from my date thirteen days ago, who was my boyfriend of over two years, but had a brief break-up with which that was our first time seeing each other in weeks.

    Yes, we're back together.

    I sent flowers to my daughter last week; she got a great report card.

    I got flowers from my son. He picked them himself From the neighbor's garden.

    As a retired florist I've sent a lot of flowers in my day.

    The last time I remember sending flowers was to a friend and former neighbor from MO (I live in FL) who was dying of cancer. She was such a sweet lady. When I heard she was really bad I sent her a big basket of daisies with a "thinking of you" card. I wanted to send her flowers while SHE could enjoy them.

    When she passed away I didn't send flowers to the service but instead a donation in her memory to the church she loved.

    As for me, hubby brought me tulips and a potted orchid a couple of weeks ago.

    I sent flowers on Valentine's Day to my girlfriend.

    Last time I recieved flowers? Hmmm... I think it was a few months ago, as a peace offering. :)

    sent to my practically sister-in-law in january when she was in the hospital from a car accident.

    Hmmm, I guess the last time I sent flowers was to my sister for her 16th birthday (at school as to embarass her). She is now 22 and due any second with her first child.

    My boss brings in flowers to the assistants in the office, but the last bouquet I got was from a co-worker as consolation when the temporary boss I don't like got the job permanently.

    It's been so long I can't remember...I think the last time was when one of my best girlfriends sent me flowers to cheer me up after I had failed my driver's test...possibly 1999 or 2000.

    I can't remember the last time I sent someone flowers, but I know my brother got me a dozen roses for Valentine's day. :)
