watching the little yellow goldfinches eating the seeds out of the sunflowers i plant every year...watching a pair of cardinals teach their babies how to fly...watching my 3 golden dogs wrestle each other...sitting on a beach gazing out at the ocean...savasana...flying down the highway in my car with the top down and the tunes cranked up...feeling connected to other people...my life...

My soulmate and our son. And ohhh mexican food, playing poker, finding a new beanie baby to add to my collection, watching movies with my love, waking up in her arms and falling asleep in her arms, watching my baby smile at something stupid I do, being with friends and family, watching us grow as a family, watching reality shows, dolphins, laughing that should just about cover everything for now that I can think of. Just life in general makes me happy. Waking up each day to find that I am still alive to enjoy the day and whatever it brings our way.
