    When I bought something the other day. I have "Ask for ID" written on my debit card. They do ask, about once every 15 times.

    yesterday when i tried to buy some claritin-d...you have to sign for it now and they keep it behind the counter because supposedly there is an ingredient in it that is used to make crystal meth =P...my license was in the car and they wouldn't give me my claritin =(...

    I have ask for id all over my credit cards..so everytime i pay for something with my CC.

    Last time I was carded? Gosh that would be last month sometime!! Though I think they were humoring me :)

    In England... Oh about 20 years ago, when I was a teenager visiting Pubs and clubs... It was fake Driving Lic. of course :o) (As of yet we don't have ID Cards over here, rightly so, and if our 'Nanny' state decides to introduce them, then thats my Key indicator to leave my so-called democracy....)

    But else where, Spain this year, No ID Card, but they seemed to be OK with just a Passport :o)
