    A LOT!!! besides coffee in the am and tea in the pm it is the only thing i drink...i probably drink at least a gallon a day or more...seriously...

    I try to drink at least six 8-ounce glasses a day. Most of the time I get there and sometimes more.

    I don't drink coffee and rarely soda, so other than a little milk and juice, it's all water.

    Speaking of which, I'm thirsty!

    I aim for 100oz every day, I usually make it. Sometimes it is more if I have a run scheduled.

    alot......at least 3 20 oz bottles at work and some when I get home in the evening....I drink ALOT of coffee too.....and don't drink any water until I have had probably 3-6 cups of coffee.....

    While at work, I drink about 6 20 oz. bottles a day but when I am at home, it's rare I drink water.

    I drink water all day long, it's the only thing that quenches my thirst.

    I do sip on cokes later in the evening and coffee in the moring.

    Not nearly enough. Maybe 16 ounces on a good day. Trying to get back to my old habit of at least 64 ounces a day. Water definitely quenches my thirst better than anything else.
