it's been cloudy all week with all stages of rain at any given time...right now it is pouring rain and really windy...a bonafide nor-easter...

I was inside all day at a conference, but I think it was cloudy, cool, upper 50's with periods of light rain. Typical Portland weather in November. We had 40 mph winds the last day or so, so I'm not complaining!
