Apparently, if you can't tell from the picture, my favorite costume was Casper the ghost. I don't think the naked baby doll was part of the costume though :)
My mom made me a Raggedy Ann costume when I was about four. It had an elaborate wig made out of red yarn and a cute little dress, pinafore and bloomers. I loved that costume! I won the preschool's costume contest that year :)
probably my princess costume when i was about 8 or 9. it was the pinkest, most glittery thing my mom could possibly make. and i loved every inch of it!
I was always Jealous of this American Ritual as a kid... Although we do celebrate Halloween over here, when I was a wee lad many many years ago it never had your 'Hype' attached to it...
All we ever did was just watch a scary movie... Your celebrations looked far more fun to me...
I made my own costume to go as Oderus Urungus, lead singer of the rock band GWAR. I was a scumdog of the universe that day, fake skin and bloody face, cool fur leggings, axe, roman legion helmet...it was the cat's ass.
