Two Hundred and Forty First Question

I am posting two questions today because I'm going out of town
for the holiday and will not be returning until next Wednesday.

Have fun, be safe, get some sun on your face and cook on the grill!
That IS a direct order from the Big Question authorities :)

For readers in the U.S. -
How will you spend Memorial Day?

In Downtown Detroit listening to the best Electronic music the world has to offer...all the while pretending I'm 6 years younger and still have the energy and drive to even pay attention...as opposed to what will probably happen...which is, I'll act "elitist" and above it all "hob-nob" with oldschool friends and sit and drink too much.

We will be at my mother in laws house swimming and grilling. Just me, my hubby and her. It will be nice to have some time to just chill out.

Although I live in Canada, I work for a research company that has a primarily American target group. so we end up calling alot of American companies. I therefore also have Memorial Day off, and i plan on taking a thermos of coffee and a good book to the river and having a relaxing day.

So here's to American people and Memorial Day! Cheers! :-)

PS...what is it in memory of??

    I'm not in the U.S.A.....

But it seems I'm having more of a memorial day on my blog than any of you are.

I think that's very sad. Be certain there is at least ONE war which our combined people can say with pride they engaged with.

You and I, this very day, can speak freely on our blogs, (or "have a BBQ", or "listen to electronic music", or just "chill out"), because countless American youths paid the ultimate price in the 1940's.
