Redamak's is the best burger that's ever crossed my lips! Supposedly they boil the patties in a shallow pan of water before throwing them into a super hot iron skillet. Cooking them in a skillet (covered with a lid) sears in the flavor and juices. Once done, they top it with Velveeta cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard. They don't offer lettuce, tomato or onions (which is fine by me!). It comes to the table wrapped in wax paper with a side of fries. Horribly unhealthy, I'm sure, but magically delicious!! Plus, they are only open during the summer months, so I think that leads to the big demand....
Take care,
Sublime

I make a pretty mean burger myself. Does that count? If I have to choose a commercially sold burger, I'd have to go with Mustard's in Bloomington, IN.

This isn't fair! Over here in Blighty we're not that obsessed with Burgers and haven't got the variety, so again, another 'Pond' side orrientated question! ;o) LOL
OK, No Lettuce, Tomato or Onions... With my very limited experience, my local Frankie and Bennies does a real nice 'Black and Blue' burger, cajun with melted Blue cheese on top.. Scrummy :o)

There used to be a place in Durango, Colorado that made the best burger on the planet.
They "raised 'em, and braised 'em"
and sometimes they stuffed 'em with bleu cheese...yum

I go with Braums around here. Big, juicy, with a wonderful bun and the best chocolate milkshake to go with.

I have a little creation that I call a Spiedie-Melt. It's a grilled sirloin patty marinated in Lupo's Spiedie sauce, with sauteed onions, leaf lettuce, bread-n-butter pickles and melted Velveeta. Never tried anything like it? Few outside of Binghamton, NY have. For info about "Spiedies" and Lupo's marinades, check out www.spiedies.com.
Commercially, Ruby Tuesday's Bacon Cheddar is top-notch. I also like rebecca's choice, Fuddruckers.

The last good burger I had was probably at UNO's but the ones at the Black Cow Tavern are pretty stellar.
Though I've never been my friend tells me there is a place in Orlando that make crazy burgers like one with Peanut butter. (PB, bacon, mayonaise, cheese, lettuce) I make them myself when I feel uber motivated. They are wicked good. Trust me.
