I once with a friend of mine to pick up his then girlfriend. I never went in the front but went in the back, it was really interesting to hear the girls talk about the guys/girls out front. They really were all business in the back (this one is tipping well, that one is all hands, that one is drunk, ect). It was fascinating to listen too :)

Why yes. With my ex brother-in-law. Those girls are excellent contortionists I must say. I was quite facinated.

yes. i went with my cousin, her boyfriend at the time, and some of his guy friends who were celebrating a birthday.
my cousin and i were the only girls there (besides the dancers). it was a pretty basic place; nothing out of the ordinary from what i expected.
the girls treated us really nice and came to talk to us a few times to check in. we just sat a watched the guys have a good time.
most interesting part of it was the bathroom talk between dances. like flea, it was all business about the men on the other side of the door.

I've been to both men and women's clubs with partners and/or friends, for bachelorette parties and just for fun. I find it interesting and the dancers always like when women are there. I think the guys may tip better ;)
