i run the phonathon program in the annual fund for a college in oakland. i love it. granted it gets slow some times and the entire program is new (which can be stressful at times), it's perfect for me.
when i was starting my last semester of college a year ago i didn't think i'd be here today, but looking back it makes perfect sense.
I work in a boat factory rolling fiberglass all day.
No, I am not where I thought I would be at this point in my life. When I joined the Marines I really thought I would be there for 30 years, but, life happens
I'm teacher/tech. specialist. I'm pretty much where I thought I'd be. I'm finally ready to go back for my Master's though, and then move into admin., I think.
I'm unemployed right now so I guess my job is to find a job. NO this is not where I thought I would be at 27. I figured I would be on my way up the corporate ladder at this point.
I'm a manufacturing manager for an electronics company. I hate my job and am looking for a new job. This is not where I thought I would be. I would like to go back to school and get a degree in architechure or landscape architecture.
I'm an administrative assistant to a dean at a community college.
I am most definitely not where I thought I would be, considering I went through and graduated from chiropractic college. I couldn't get a business going and keep a roof over our heads, so I took a customer service job as a temporary move. I'm still here, albeit in a better position, five years later.
I'm a shipper/receiver/stocker/order picker/quality control person. One head, many hats. I briefly got into my "expected" career of inventory control (I'm a numbers freak and quite anal) but due to a move, I had to start at square one.
I am an educational researcher and this isnt really where I thought I would be. The 9-5 isnt really for me, I want more freedom, I want to actually live my life.
I am a "Market Research Interviewer" (which means I work at a call center and am one of those people who does surveys over the phone...so when you get a call...be nice, it could be me :-) )
I am definitley not doing what I thought I'd be doing.

A1. I do web design/presentation tidbits for a mortgage company. I think I love looking at design a bit more than designing itself.
A2. I don't know. As Yoko once said: "I'm just doin' it!"

Mom, Wife, Friend, Bus.Own., No, I should have been singing long ago and finding a way to put my lyrics and music to paper.

I'd rather be teaching English overseas.
