The one I always think I'm back from that always returns is my relationship with my mother...each time I think I've finally dealt with all the psychological things and I'm OK, the next ring of the phone is all it takes to send me back "there" again!

On Saturday I came back from a mini-vacation. We went the Michigan's Adventure amusement park and the Lake Michigan shoreline for a couple days of fun.

I took a break from my music for a while there, but now I have a new "job" at church where I teach music to the kids. It's making me practice piano and come up with fun games and ways to teach/learn the songs. So, while I haven't picked up my flute again (my main instrument), I guess I'm back to my music! :)
