May 2, 1998 -- San Fransisco -- from the airport to our hotel. My husband and I were on our honeymoon. :) It was only the second taxi I had ever taken, too (the first being in London in 1997). I've just never lived anywhere that you really need to use a taxi, I guess. :)

Probably in Vegas from the hotel to the airport. NYC and Vegas are great for taxi rides.
