I honestly can't think of any sane-enough person that would be gullible enough to even want that job...
But, if I had my choice...
From actual listed or probable candidates: Giuliani.
From my fantasy wish-list: Alan Greenspan, the only voice of reason the past 10 years in the world of economics.

Mit Romney. The more I read about him or read interviews with him or whatever, the more impressed I get.
Second choice would be with what Mr. I said: Rudy Giuliani.

I like Obama so far, and Kucinich. But I haven't decided this yet. Kind of want to wait and see how it progresses.

Al Gore, seeing as how he's already won the election once.

i'm just glad bush can't run again. i'd love to see hillary on the ballot, as well as obama, but i don't know if our country is ready/mature enough for either one of them. guiliani can't make it if he runs on a 911 ticket, and if he does it's going to be disaster. i'd honestly love to see somebody crawl out of the cracks with a new, innovative, inclusive, and level-headed agenda. but i know that's probably wishful thinking...
