Any and all of my bills. With all the people with access to technological knowledge, I don't trust internet security, and I'm not about to give any major corporation the right to draw money out my account automatically. It's not convenient, but it's safe and secure. I figure my odds of the USPS losing my mail is a lot lower than the chance of my online info getting hacked.
Some very important documentation to the courts for which I paid a handsome sum for next day, guaranteed delivery...only to find today that it's gone awol! Ack!

Hmmm...a bill (personal), and a reimbursement request (work) to one of our vendors.
Amazingly enough, I sent both of those items over a week ago.
